    • Set the main Menu options to suit your needs. With Custom Menus, it's entirely up to you what Menu Items are visible to anyone on the platform. 
    • You can rename, reorder, hide based on Role, and even create new Menu Items.
    • Different businesses have different needs for organizing the elements of their work. Using Content Categories, you can label different types of Companies or Events with your Contacts, create a complex hierarchy of Task Priorities, classify categories of your CRM Deals, and so much more. These labels appear as color-coded "tags" for easy management.
  • Newsletter

    • Email Marketing is an essential aspect of your business. You can create, manage, and schedule newsletters, nurture campaigns, or any type of email that is sent out to your Contacts right from within the platform.
    • In order to send out your Emails...you'll need someone to send them to! Audiences are collections of names and emails for use in sending Email Campaigns. Build them from scratch, or import them from your CRM or a CSV file.
    • You will then be able to set up Drip Sequences to send multiple emails to new Audience subscribers, or a predetermined schedule that you set.
    • An Audience is a collection of names and emails that your Email Campaigns will be sent to. You can add these Contacts manually, import them from a CRM or CSV file, or you can have them added automatically either by automation functionality or self-subscription.
  • Project and Task Management

    • Click into a specific Task to be automatically taken to that Task in the context of its assigned Project, letting you get a full view all from one starting point
    • Filter the displayed Tasks by a multiple of attributes, including Status, Priority, Project, and Assigned User

  • Auto-responders & Reminders

    • A Canned Response is a predetermined message that can be included in the body of a message. This is useful when responding to frequently asked questions to provide a quick answer. You can also use a Canned Response to create a "signature" for your messages by automatically adding it to all outgoing messages.
    • An optional feature of using Canned Responses is the ability to Auto-Reply. You can use this feature to notify the sender that you are on vacation, for example.
    • If you have a Canned Response set to Auto-Add, it will already be populated when you create a new Message.
    • If you have a Canned Response set to Auto-Reply, there is no action needed by you. Any time a user sends you a new Message that Canned Response will be sent to them automatically.
  • Native Integrations + Secure API

    • Only Super Admins and Admins will have access to Secure API.
    • The Secure API Documentation is designed to give you the tools needed to identify the necessary IDs and parameters needed to work with the unique Company & Contact Custom Field data that has been created inside your account. To accomplish this, you'll need to first authenticate your account on this page using the API credentials provided to you in Integrations > Secure API.
    • Simply click the green "Authorize" button below and paste/authorize your Public ID and one of the Secret Keys you created inside your account. After you have successfully authorized, you will be able to extract a complete schema of Meta Attributes.
    • There are limits to the number of monthly API calls your account can make. You will always be able to view your current usage statistics from inside your account via Integrations > Secure API
