Cancellation and Refund Policy

CRM+ ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

Your ProjectCRM+ Account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your Account or we terminate it. You must cancel your Account before its renewal to avoid billing of the next period. ProjectBrand will bill the associated fees/plan in your Account to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).


ProjectCRM+ Accounts are prepaid and are non-refundable. ProjectBrand does not provide refunds or credits for any partial months or years. You may cancel your CRM+ Account at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately but you will retain access to the features that came with your Premium Account through the remainder of the period already paid. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.


If you wish to cancel your CRM+ Account you may do so via your “Account Settings > Manage Subscription” page. Should you elect to cancel your Account, please note that you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged fees.


All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you will be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) income taxes. You agree to pay for any taxes that might be applicable to your use of the ProjectBrand Service or payments made by you in connection with your use of the ProjectBrand Service.


By signing up for a ProjectCRM+ Account and providing us with your payment account information, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.


 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION

This Agreement and any supplemental terms, policies, rules and guidelines posted on ProjectBrand.com constitutes the entire agreement between the User and ProjectBrand and supersede all previous written or oral agreements. The User may be subject to additional terms and conditions when the User uses, purchases, or accesses other services, Affiliate services or third-party content or material. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire Agreement between the User and ProjectBrand concerning the use by the User of ProjectBrand.com, the Content, and Affiliates.



SERVICE REFUND

Due to the creative and technical nature of our work we do not issue refunds for design and development projects. If you are billed incorrectly or are unhappy with the work please contact support (support@projectbrand.com) and we will be happy to discuss your alternatives. 


Terms and Conditions of PROJECT ORDER

Hourly packages or pre-built packages or deposits for ad hoc projects are to be paid by Client in advance before the work commence.


These paid hours are referred to as "packaged hours" or "project quotations".
Packaged hours are used as ProjectBrand advances the project as mutually agreed upon between us and the Client. These pre-paid hours never expire and may be used on the initial service purchased.  Packaged hours are non-refundable.

ProjectBrand will make every effort to give regular updates on the balance of hours remaining, and hours burned. It remains the Clients responsibility to monitor their packaged hour balance (or remaining balance to be paid for ad hoc projects).

Project quotations consist of deposit and remaining balance or stage payments / progressive payments depending on the ad hoc project and signed agreement.


Should a dispute arise, ProjectBrand will attempt to resolve it with the Client. You may contact admin@projectbrand.com directly.
